TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEV4JANNAH, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dev4Jannah, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles, except to the extent superseded by applicable law.

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, through the app or other reasonable means.
